Strategic position!

  • Close to the main touristic sites (15mins walking from San Giovanni in Laterano and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme cathedrals)
  • Close to some amazing villas (parco dell’Appia antica, villa Lazzaroni, villa Lais) which are good for walking, biking, relaxing and sightseeing
  • Inside the real Roman life, in the commercially lively neighbourhood around Piazza Re di Roma and close to the night life of Pigneto and San Lorenzo neighbourhoods

Perfect connections!!

very close to 'Re di Roma' and 'Ponte lungo' Metro station (line A) and to Tuscolana train station (directly connected to Fiumicino airport and the Vatican city)

Tuscolano / S. Giovanni area

This neighborhood is a quite and safe place, well linked to city center and to airports, with parks and green all around, large streets, markets, supermarkets, banks, and every kind of service.

It's full of shops and restaurants on via Appia Nuova and via Tuscolana. The "Tiramisu' King" Pompi is right off piazza Re di Roma, and there some of the best ice cream shops ("San Crispino", "la gelateria Petrini" and "da Procopio").

The area feels very residential and not a tourist trap; you will be among the locals.

There are many supermakets and a few markets if you will be cooking, the "Via Sannio" market sells mainly clothes and accessories and is covered with stands on the surrounding streets.
