I COOK IN ROME offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a friendly cooking experience in a private home in Trastevere. It is not a demonstration for passive students, expect to roll up your sleeves from the start.
After your class, relax and enjoy your meal with a couple of glasses of wine!
This cooking experience will take place
in English and lasts approximately 4 hours
- Fettuccine fatte in casa al sugo, homemade fettuccine with tomato sauce
- Involtini alla romana, stuffed meat rolls roman style
- Cicoria ripassata, fried chicory roman style
- Crema catalana, a yummy dessert although it's not italian...
