STREET ART TOUR: Pineta Sacchetti district

Let's discover a suburban area of Rome next to the historical estate called Pineta Sacchetti, which has been regenerated in the last 3 years with a vast program of street art project called "Pinacci Nostri": more than 50 live painting events and murals have been created in just 3 years to renovate a sense of community and identity in the neighbourhood and let the residents first re-discover their origins and all the stories of the neglected district.

The aim is to create new networks of active citizenship and promote new project such us the "Pineto United" soccer team of migrants and residents playing together. But above all the intent is to save the public park of "Pineto" from real estate speculation which is just around the corner. Our tour is also contributing to their current projects in a very transparent way.

This tour will take place in English and will last approximately 2 hours.

• Meeting point: At the Light cafè, in Circonvallazione Cornelia 95, close to the metro stop Cornelia
• What about after the Tour? Let's go for drinks all together!!
• How much? 12€: 10€ for the Tour guide and headsets, 2€ for a donation to the project "Pinacci Nostri"
