Italian subsidiary of a multinational company operating in the field of jewelry and precious stones sales, is looking for Customer Service agents – Inbound service - German mother tongue or bilingual for its customer service for German customers in Rome. Main activities: -Answering to incoming calls for confirming the orders or replying to general questions about products and services - Registration of personal data of new customers - Orders management - Direct assistance to customers and management of after-sales services - Complaints processing by phone, email or letters Requirements: - German mother tongue or bilingual - Team work inclination - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Good knowledge of the Office package - Fluency in English and Italian - Reliability and ability to work independently - Availability to work on shifts, including weekends, night shifts and holidays If you want to be part of a dynamic team and work in a fast growing company send your CV to candidature@juwelo.it
