I would love to host you in a large, lightly and confortable room (with private bathroom) in the centre of Rome, very close to all the most famous places to visit of the eternal city! If you like a friendly, warm and quiet place to stay in Rome you will love my place. The room is of 20mq, situated in a very central area (San Giovanni) completely served with every kind of facilities. The subway station is at 100 m. from the apart, at 15 minutes from the city's centre. The neighborough is full of shops, restarants, cafè, supermarkets, commercial centre, cinema and theatres, pub and pizzerias etc. as well as banks, pharmacy and drugstore, postal office and many bus stops. Just around the corner you will find a very colorful permanent vegetable and fruit market and at 10 min. of walk you can reach the Appia Antica Archeological Park, site of ancient roman's civilization The room is provided of a sunny, quiet and nice balcony, where it is allowed to smoke. Can be hosted comfortably until 4 people (pics are available by email) There is a private bathroom, linen for bedroom and bathroom, fast wifi free and a Welcome Kit is provided (bottle of red italian wine, sweet and salt snacks, coffee/tea machine for free!)
