Hello, I am selling the following: AIR CONDITIONER: DeLonghi Pinguino air conditioning unit. It is model PAC N86 and works great for hot Roman summer days and nights. It is strong with 9800BTUs and has an A+ efficiency rating. I have the manuals also! I paid 470Euro last year, but will accept 350Euro OBO.GARDEN TABLE & CHAIRS: BRAND NEW: IKEA "Falster" table and 2 chairs (grey color), designed for outdoor use. They have never been used as they do not fit on my balcony. I paid 170Euro, but will accept 150Euro OBO. OTTOMAN: IKEA "Kivik" ottoman (lightly used).
