The room is perfectly furnished with double bed and parquet.Nearby the apartment there is a supermarked opened 24 hours (also at the weeked). The flat is well connected, the metrostation Marconi (metro line B) is located 10 minutes from the flat. Moreover, there are many bus-lines taking you directly to the city center (for example busline 714, which goes to TERMINI main station). There are also night busses. Especially university ROMA III is easily reachable.Rent is 450 Euros a month, aditionally a 100 Euros side costs, which include also cleaning and wifi. So the full rent is 550 Euro, including all costs.
