One large room for rent in apartment with share with 2 other housemates. The apartment is located in Testaccio, along the River Tevere. There is a bus stop outside the apartment building just 4 stops from Piazza Venezia. It is a 15 minute walk to Trastevere. All bills are included in the price. Including heating (radiators in every room), water and WIFI fiber optic. The room is large with a private balcony. There is a double bed, wardrobe, tv, bedside tables and lamps. The price is 500 a month. There is one bathroom to share with shower and mini bath. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. There is a washing machine for your use. The apartment is located on the first floor along the river very close to Piazza santa maria liberatrice (2 minutes walk) where you can find supermarkets, ice cream shops and a post office.
