Beach season is here! Stand-up paddle surf is a great full body exercise that can be as exciting or as relaxing as you want (and weather permits). This sunday May 4 I am putting my board back in the water for the first time of this year, at the V-lounch beach club at Lido di Ostia. My instructor, a champion surfer and world-class board shaper, will be available for information, trials, and lessons. If you are interested, please come and join me. You can at least enjoy watching me fall over the board!Meeting time and place: May 4 Sunday, 10:00 a.m. at the Piramide station on the Roma-Lido platform.
