The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful quiet building (with lift) in Piazzale Tiburtino, just off Via Tiburtina. The apartment has a fully functioning and furnished kitchen/living area, bathroom with bathtub and balcony. Located in a very central location in the heart of the San Lorenzo, the apartment has everything below the house, restaurants, local bars, clubs, coffee bars, wine shops, 3 supermarkets, laundry and photocopying facilities, gyms and parks. The location is perfect for students (Sapienza University is 2 minutes away) or professionals, expats etc. The location of the apartment is great, it is well connected to - Termini (7 minute walk), Tiburtina, Metro A Vittorio Emanuele (5 minute walk) 71 bus is outside the door with a 10 minute bus ride to the centre of Rome and Tram line 19 and 3 (5 minute walk).
