Hi, my name is Giulia and I am 40 years old, I'm a webdesigner and I like to travel as much having people at home to live with them and learn from other cultures. I do not care where they come from, what I really care about is knowing and learning. I am open minded and enjoy a good conversation. The important thing is that my guests feel at home and find warmth and harmony living in my apartment. I live alone and I love sharing experiences with people from all over the world.
My house is a 2-bedroom apartment located in a nice neighbourhood that is well connected by public transport to the rest of the city. It's just 2 minutes walk from the underground station "Mirti", C line, which is now connected with A line in San Giovanni.
This area, Centocelle, offers numerous shops, pubs, restaurants, gyms and all the amenities you could need during your stay.
The room is very spacious and receives good natural light via a window. It is furnished with a queen bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a laptop desk and a large television.
You will share a fully equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom with a washing machine.
The price of the room is 480 €, including wifi, TV, light, water, gas, condominium, Wi-Fi, heating. I need just one month deposit (400€)
The room is available from 9th June.
