Vocalist Chrissie Carpenter Oppedisano was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Orange County, California. She currently lives in Rome, Italy. Her repertoire includes jazz and swing from the 30's, 40's and 50's. She has worked in television and radio spots and performed in principal roles in musicals. Her first CD as leader was released on the Philology label in April, 2006 and is titled 'Moon, Stars & Nights'. She was chosen as a finalist in the Massimo Urbani International Jazz Competiton, 2006.
