Large fully furnished room in the center of Rome available for rent from Nov 1. The apartment is 1 km from the Coliseum (Metro B stop Colosseo), 450 m from Vittorio Emanuele (Metro A), and 1 km from Rome's central train and bus station Termini (airport buses, city buses, and Metro A and B). About 200 m from the house there are many buses and a frequent tram that runs through the center of Rome, from Villa Borghese, going pass the Colosseo (3 stops from the house), Circo Massimo, the FAO, to Piramide (from here the frequent train arrives at the Ostia beaches in 30 minutes) and Ostiense (another main train station of Rome). There are many cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, and a traditional market nearby and only 10 minutes walk to Monti (Metro B stop Cavour), which is an area full of trendy restaurants, wine bars, and pubs. In fact you can walk to most attractions in Rome in about 20 minutes. The apartment is about 75 sq. m with 2 bedrooms. There is a large living room with a fully equipped American style kitchen with coffee machine and microwave. There is one bathroom and a washing machine. The room is very quiet, about 16 sq. m, has a window facing the courtyard but no view. There is a queen size bed (matrimonial), 2 night stands and a large wardrobe. The rent is €480 per month for 1-3 month, or €450 a month for longer than 3 months. High-speed WiFi and all bills included, no other costs. The apartment will be shared with me and a well-mannered cat. Must be cat-lover, non-smoker, clean and quiet. If this sounds like what you are looking for, please send me a message. Enjoy Rome! Sorry this room is rented out until April. Good luck.
