Hello, I'm a musician and I travel a lot for playing, I have an extra room in my apartment and I would like to rent it for short term, I speak fluently English, Spanish and French and I would like to have some foreign guests in order to improve and keep my language skills in good shape! My house is really cozy! The room is equipped with a double sofa/bed, a desk and some small furniture; shared kitchen and bathroom but if I'm travelling, you would have all for yourself. - there's a balcony with a beautiful view over a private park full of trees, really the best part of the house. Wifi, laundry machine incl. The house is located 10m walking from Trastevere train station (25m direct train from Fiumicino airport, 20m direct train from Termini and Tiburtina Train Station). 7m walking from the apt. you can grab Tram 8 and it will take you to Piazza Venezia in 20m and in Trastevere pedestrian streets in 10m. My neighborhood is quiet, it's near Viale Marconi, an avenue with every kind of shops and cozy little bars/restaurants Ideal for spending some nice small vacation in Rome.
