Tourists in Rome - meeting new people !

Hi,
My boyfriend and I are visiting Rome from the 17th till the 26th of July (2018) and we would love to meet new people there. We speak french and english (a little spanish for me and dutch for my boyfriend), unfortunately not Italian, except for a few words...
