Two Bright Single Rooms for rent in a comfortable apartment on the sixth floor (with LIFT) of a building literally TWENTY steps far from the metro stop GIULIO AGRICOLA so just 20 minutes far from the city centre (Stazione Termini, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Barberini, etc) by metroline A. Also very well connected to Tor Vergata University. The apartment is just twenty steps far from the bus stop too and four minutes walking distance from a huge Park (Parco degli Acquedotti Romani). Downstairs you can find all sort of shops, supermarkets, corner markets, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, post offices, gyms, swimming pool, etc... Everything is a lot more affordable than in the historical centre of Rome and the area is SUPER-SAFE! The apartment have a fully equipped kitchen (table for three persons, refrigerator, cooker, electric oven, kitchen's pots, complete cutlery, etc) and one bathroom (shower and bathtub). Of course there is washing machine, iron, hairdryer, etc. Upstairs there is a large roof-terrace where you can dry your clothes (and sunbathing if you like it!). Downstairs there is a private box when you can keep your bicycle if you have one. The rooms are extremely bright and noiseless, overlooking the courtyard (with a big garden). Bed sheets, blankets and cover-pillows are available too if needed. The room is just for a very CLEAN, TIDY and RESPECTFUL woman. No smokers. No pets. The rent for a single room is 400 Euros x month (electricity & gas bills, water, condominium fees, garbage tax: all included in the price). In the apartment there is no wifi and no tv.
