I would like to offer you my services as a Counsellor. As foreigners living in Italy we often have added pressures or would like someone to help us that speaks English and understands what it's like to live in a different country. I am British and getting all my paperwork sorted to stay in Italy and the instability it created was highly stressful. Between that and Covid it really has but our mental health to test! Counselling is not the same as going to a Psychologist. Counselling is about providing support and talking through problems so you can cope better. It is about guiding someone to find solutions. If you need some professional support like this please get in touch. I also know many of us have been struggling economically due to the lockdowns, so I try to offer prices everyone can afford.
