Rome is not only the city of the 'Colosseum' and 'Fori Imperiali' but also that of Rioni and lesser-known neighborhoods. On Sunday we're going to visit the Esquilino district (the XV 'rione' of Rome).

Our Tour highlights include:
  • Aurelian Walls in the stretch of the best preserved in the city
  • Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, one of the oldest churches in Rome where you can find the most precious relics of Christianity brought to Rome by St. Helena!
  • Porta Maggiore, one of the critical areas of ancient Rome with one of the most monumental gates, ruins of aqueducts and the most original tomb you've ever seen!
  • Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, Commonly abbreviated as Piazza Vittorio, a multiethnic and mysterious square with ancient ruins, umbertino arcades and strange esoteric symbols
  • Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore: beautiful rococo facade that protects the medieval mosaics of one of the four major basilicas of Rome
This tour will take place in English and will last approximately 2 hours.
