Bath linen and bedding are not included. The ensuite bathroom has: washbasin with drawers, mirror, shower, toilet and bidet. The kitchen is shared: here you will find gas cooker with electrical oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and TV.The flat is in Villa Bonelli/Portuense area. It's 80m2, on the first floor and is located only 100 meters from the bus stop that goes directly to the centre of Rome (end of the line is Piazza Venezia/Colosseo). In addition, only 700 meters away, you will find the FR1 train stop (name of the station is Villa Bonelli) that passes through the entire city (Fiumicino airport, Trastevere station, Ostiense station, Tiburtina station). In the neighborhood there are pizza places, restaurants, coffee shops, big supermarkets and discount, bike path, a green area, swimming pool and much more.Rates (refers to 1 person): - monthly: €450 All the bills included.
