The Swiss School of Management is announcing an opening in their Student Affairs Department. Please find a short Job description of the job position below. Position Title: Student Affairs Officer Job type: Internship/Stage Duration: 6 months Position Description: Student affairs/services: Determines and interprets student services needs on an individual basis, and initiates referrals to appropriate student and/or academic services; advises students on policy issues, acts as student advocate, and resolves problems as necessary. Content management Back office: processing projects, managing databases, performing market research, handling accounting and finance tasks Collects and analyzes statistical data, and develops reports, reporting systems, instruments, mechanisms, and standards designed to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Previous work experience in office jobs English language mother tongue Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse community Ability to problem solve Skill in planning and organizing resources and priorities Flexibility in work schedule
