We offer rooms in a very elegant building, in a boulevard just close to Piazza Vittorio, few minutes by steps to Termini, Rome Train Central Station and La Sapienza University, so extremly well connected, with buses, tram and subway (Line red "A"), to the rest of the city and other roman universities (LUMSA, ROMA TRE, TORVERGATA and LUISS). There are 4 rooms into a flat at 4th floor, with elevator. The flat disposes of 4 single bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and a very nice terrace. There is a washing machine but no dishwasher. In the rooms there is, each one, a single bed, a closet, a desk and a chair. The cost of renting of the rooms all included is € 420 (smaller room) to € 450 (bigger rooms) monthly.
