I still cannot believe that I've been living and working in Italy for 30 years. Guess I must like it here! It hasn't been an easy ride and there have been many moments of sheer exasperation as those who have lived in Italy for any time will understand. On the brighter side, I live near the pretty little mountain village of Sermoneta, 30 minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Sabaudia and a stone's throw from the Gardens of Ninfa. I'm lucky enough to have travelled the length and breadth of Italy, enjoyed many a delicious meal with friends (it's veggie heaven) and downed countless glasses of good wine. Guess I'm here to stay!!
