Hello,
I am a returning Friends in Rome member. Due to some technical problem, my Friends in Rome old account and profile were deleted a few times in September and October 2012. Therefore, I have to create a new account and profile.

I am looking for single male and female Italian/European friends aged from 29 to 58. I am not looking for sexual adventures or sexual/casual relationships. I am looking for good friends only.

I am an Asian American teacher/university professor and professional pianist. I am also an amateur painter, drawer, and fashion designer. In addition, I am a very good and passionate dancer. Furthermore, I can sing pretty well but do not sing professionally. I can sing in English, Vietnamese, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, and Portuguese.

I have many pictures of me (thousands of them taken over many years) but I do not post my picture with my profile due to reservation and discretion.

I will exchange pictures with you after we become friends and get to know each other better. Many people from many countries have told me that I am pretty or beautiful and attractive. So please do not worry that you would be friends with someone unattractive or ugly.

My hobbies are: travelling, playing piano, listening to music, dancing, painting/drawing, fashion design, home decorating, visiting museums/churches/palaces/castles/mansions/monasteries/convents, sightseeing, going to concerts and circuses, going to beaches/parks/botanical gardens/zoos/mountains/rivers/waterfalls, attending music/arts festivals and fairs, theater (acting, directing, and watching), voice chatting and text chatting on Skype with my friends, watching TV/movies, surfing on the Internet and emailing my friends, collecting ethnic dolls, going to tea/coffee houses, making jewelry, going shopping, walking, photography, and watching world soccer games.

I speak English, Vietnamese, French, a little bit of Spanish and Russian. I took a Beginning Italian course in spring 2012 and I really enjoyed studying this beautiful and interesting language. However, I have not had the time to continue practicing and learning Italian due to my extremely busy schedule. Recently, I started to learn a little Portuguese.

I have a Master's Degree and a Graduate Certificate from one of the most prestigious American universities. I also have three Bachelor's Degrees.

I have always loved the Italian culture, language, arts, and people since I was a child. I am very interested in learning about the Italian culture and language. I have visited Rome and other cities/towns of Italy five times (in summer 2011, summer 2012, summer 2013, summer 2014, and summer 2015).

After every trip to Italy, I became more deeply in love with this wonderful country. I would love to visit Italy as often as I could to explore many regions of this beautiful country.

I am willing to help you with all four English skills (listening, speaking, writing, and reading). I could also teach you Vietnamese (all levels) if you are interested in learning this beautiful language. I could also practice writing and speaking French with you. I could help you practice English, Vietnamese, and French by email, Skype, AIM, and phone.

In exchange, I would like to learn some basic conversational Italian and a lot about the Italian culture and people.

And when I visit Italy in the future, maybe you could show me around Rome and/or some other nice cities/towns in Italy.
